Is there really anything better than having a bite of Tiramisu and letting the flavours dance around in your mouth? Well apparently there is! This cocktail brings together the best parts of a Tiramisu and adds a punch with liquor.

What you’ll need:

  • Coffee extract or espresso
  • Amaretto
  • Milk chocolate liqueur
  • White chocolate liqueur
  • Ice

Instructions:

  • In a cocktail glass filled with ice, pour in a splash of espresso
  • Add a splash of amaretto, then the milk chocolate liqueur, then the white chocolate liqueur
  • Make sure not to stir so you can keep the marbled effect of the drink intact
  • Serve

Berry Prosecco Icecream Floats

What you’ll need:

  • 750 ml bottle of dry Prosecco
  • 473 ml vanilla icecream
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions:

  • Mix the berries and the sugar together, and let it sit for 15 minutes
  • Put equal amounts of berries in 4 glasses
  • Add 1 scoop of icecream in each glass
  • Top all of the glasses with Prosecco

Cranberry-Whiskey Sour Slush

Granted the prep time for the Cranberry-Whiskey Sour Slush is a little high, but it’s all worth it when you take a bite and later a sip out of this. This is perfect for people who are tired of decadent, creamy cocktails and enjoy lighter drinks.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 315 ml 80-proof bourbon
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Dash of salt

Instructions:

  • Mix the water, sugar and salt and microwave the mixture on high for 3 minutes
  • Stir until the sugar dissolves
  • Mix the sugar mixture with the cranberries in blender till smooth
  • Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth and discard the cloth
  • Add the lemon juice and bourbon to the cranberry mixture, stir well
  • Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight
  • Scrape the mixture till a slush is formed and serve

Almond Joy Cocktail

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup milk
  • â…“ cup fruity red wine
  • 45 gm finely chopped dark chocolate
  • 15 gm finely chopped milk chocolate
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp red food colouring
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cream cheese whipped cream as garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat the milk in a medium-saucepan on a medium-high heat, do not boil
  • Reduce the heat to low and add in the wine, chocolate and salt and whisk until melted, keep stirring so as to not burn the chocolate
  • Remove from heat and whisk the vanilla extract and red food colouring in
  • Pour into a mug and top the drink with cream cheese whipped cream
