With interesting notes of molasses, chocolate, cedar, burnt heather, and oak, Glenfiddich 1937 is one of the rarest single malt whiskeys ever. It was drawn from a cask made in 1937 and after that several generations of whiskeys have been aged in that same cask. However, Glenfiddich 1937 stands out. There are only 60 bottles of these left and they can only be spotted at auctions. People who have been daring enough to purchase it and actually drink it say it’s exquisite. With that price tag, it better be.
