What you’ll need:

  • 1 part vodka
  • 1 part Kahlua
  • 2 parts pineapple juice
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Shake all the ingredients with cracked ice
  2. Strain and pour into a tumbler
  3. Garnish with a slice of pineapple

What you’ll need:

  • 60 ml vodka
  • 60 gram fresh mangoes
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 20 ml sweet and sour syrup
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 1 (to garnish) mint sprig

Instructions: 

  1. Add the vodka, fresh mangoes, mint leaves, ginger, lime juice, sweet and sour along with a few ice cubes in a blender
  2. Blend until well combined
  3. Pour it into a margarita glass and serve frozen, garnished with a mint sprig

Indian Summer Cocktail

What you’ll need:

  • 45 ml Ketel One Oranje® Flavored Vodka
  • 30 ml fresh orange juice
  • 15 ml cinnamon simple syrup (crushed cinnamon sticks infused in equal parts of water and sugar for 2 hours)
  • 15 ml pomegranate reduction (250 ml pomegranate juice and 100 gms sugar, boiled for an hour)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Shake well with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange twist

  • 60 ml white rum
  • 10 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml ginger flavoured sugar syrup
  • 1 green lime
  • 12 pieces fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/3 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp raw mango paste
  • 1/3 tsp green chilly paste
  • Cracked ice
  • 60 ml chilled soda water

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the above ingredients together
  2. Gently, add chilled soda water, and stir for 10-12 seconds
  3. Transfer the drink to a masala-rimmed glass
  4. Garnish with mint and lime and serve immediately

The Tulsi Spritz

What you’ll need:

  • 45 ml vodka
  • 15 ml Martini Rosso
  • Sprig of tulsi (basil)
  • 2 slices orange

Instructions:

  1. Toss in all the ingredients into a chilled white wine glass
  2.  Do not muddle or crush the tulsi. Instead, tap gently between the palm of your hands to release the aromas
  3. Fill with ice and top with sparkling water and tonic water
