As much as we love rum, there are a few days when we want something different to relish. So we handpicked five kickass rum flavours every rum fan must try. Here we go:
Malibu Coconut Rum
This rum is so perfectly sweetened, it does just fine without a mixer or chaser. You can actually drink it from the bottle, although we wouldn’t recommend it. It’s so tropical and vacation-y that you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to the beach, even if you’re just watching Netflix on your couch.
Blue Chair Vanilla rum
It’s so smooth, that it goes down like water. Blue Chair Vanilla rum is what your vanilla dreams are made of. Perfect for sweet cocktails, this doesn’t have even a slightest bit of harshness.
Bacardi Limon rum
Lemon is a great flavour and it’s pretty much the best sidekick for a glass of rum. But why do that when you have Bacardi’s lemon flavoured rum, which is delicious enough to become your new staple? Add some frozen lemonade to it and you have deliciousness in a glass!
Bombo 40 Caramel and Coconut Rum
It comes in a bottle with an actual pirate symbol and is a sweet treat for those who love tropical flavours. Mixed with strong fruity undertones, it’s smooth and pretty much the most perfect rum. Unless you are a purist.
Don Q Pineapple flavoured rum
Pineapple and rum is a pair made in heaven. And Don Q Pina is pretty much summery pina colada in a bottle. With 60% proof, this drink is ideal when served cold.
