5 Spirits Launched By Popular Bars

Top bars like the Beaufort Bar, Lyaness and The Connaught have already wowed their guests and the public with their exceptional service, innovative cocktail creations and award-winning bar teams. Now, they have surpassed our expectations by launching their own spirits which are exclusively available at the bars’ counters. Here are 5 spirits launched by the most-popular bars of the world

1. Beaufort Bar Vodka by Beaufort Bar

The very famous London bar, Savoy’s Beaufort Bar launched its vodka early this year. The bar collaborated with Ireland’s The Boatyard Distillery to bring this creamy-textured vodka to its guests. Whether had in a cocktail or neat, its sweet & savoury flavours always happen to wow the guests.

2. Irish Whiskey by The Dead Rabbit

The famous New York bar The Dead Rabbit has always upheld its Irish roots, whether by organizing America’s first Irish Whiskey Festival or by launching its own 5 year-old Irish Whiskey. The Dead Rabbit collaborated with Dublin Liberties Distillery, where Master Distiller Darryl McNally makes sure each barrel is aged perfectly. The aging-process requires for the whiskey to be matured into old bourbon barrels casks first and then into never-used oak American casks that are built for the whiskey specifically.

3. Copperhead Gin by Gibson Bar

Gibson Bar collaborated with the gin-maker Copperhead in Belgium to serve this spice flavoured umami gin in their gin-based original cocktails like The Gibson Martini, Some Moth Cocktail and Ward S. Copperhead Gin is a final product of distilling 5 original Copperhead botanicals like juniper, coriander seed and orange peel with 14 spices like pepper, bay leaf, and fennel seeds.

4. Compass Box x Lyaness by Lyaness

The aroma of orange peel and flavours of toffee and cinnamon highlight this whiskey as soon as the bottle is opened. Available only at Lyaness in London, Compass Box x Lyaness is a collaboration between Lyaness’s owner Ryan Chetiyawardana and the renowned whiskey makers John Glaser and James Saxon. Produced with 43% ABV, it’s available till the stock lasts.

5. Connaught Bar Gin by The Connaught

The Connaught bar celebrated its 10th anniversary last year by introducing Connaught Bar gin to its guests. Crafted by the renowned mixologist Agostino Perrone, the smooth flavours of juniper berries and woody hint of mace make this creation delectable. It is best enjoyed with tonic or in a Martini.
