This might not be the ultimate dark rum, but it’s pretty damn good. It has a bold dark maroon color and an intense smell of vanilla. The creators of this fine drink created something that satisfies the big business shots with their six-figure salaries, but can also be afforded legit brokeass college children. Tastes Freaking Fantastic
For its pricing, this stuff tastes great. Admit it, you can have a lakh rupees in your pocket, but you’d still drink Old Monk happily. Ask a liquor expert (yes, that’s very much a real job), if you can. They shall tell you how much better Old Monk is, compared to other 8-year-old rums. You can also mix it with something else. It’s like adding Nora Fatehi to any song. It just makes it better. The most famous combination is Rum and Coke. There are plenty of recipes online. One of our favorites is rum chocolates! They are easy to make and super easy to enjoy.

It’s An Emotion
Old Monk is what most of us started drinking with. For many, it was the first rum they ever had.
