Air India Express recently inaugurated a four-hour flight from Surat, Gujarat, to Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, with 175 passengers and six crew members on board. This journey became memorable for its lively atmosphere and enthusiastic passengers, who reportedly enjoyed a selection of alcohol and snacks.

Aboard the Boeing 737-8 aircraft, travelers enjoyed 15 liters of liquor valued at INR 1.80 lakh, along with famous Gujarati delicacies like khaman and thepla. As the flight progressed, the atmosphere became lively, with passengers sharing snacks and drinks.
However, some social media posts suggested that the alcohol supply had run out before landing in Bangkok, surprising many. However, Air India Express officials later denied these claims, stating there were quick sales of alcohol on the flight and that the stock was not exhausted. This clarifying statement was reported by news agency PTI.
