A Calamansi gin launch from Two Moons Distillery

Hong Kong-based gin distillery Two Moons has recently launched a gin made from a local fruit called calamansi, giving gin fans a new experience to try.

This unique fruit that is both sweet and tart at their finest, is sourced from the Fu Kam Organic Farm located in Sheung Shui. This farm to bottle initiative hopes to celebrate the beautiful countryside of Hong Kong.

The Calamansi gin also has juniper (of course) and spruce that lends it a noteworthy flavour. You can pre-order it at HK$530 for a 700ml bottle or order a Collector’s Edition set which features a 200 ml bottle of the gin along with artisanal sea salt sourced from the only functioning salt pan in HK – Sai Kung. They even provide you with instructions on how to use this salt to enhance your Calamansi G&T.
