A lager made of tortilla chips is your new party staple

When you think at-home parties or even just watching something thrilling on television what food and drink do you think of? If you’re anything like us, you think of chips and beer. Taking cue from these party staples chip company Taco Works joined Tio Rodrigo Craft Beer Micheladas who source their beer from Slo Brew brewery to create something truly unique.

Slo Brew used freshly baked corn and masa dough mix chips and incorporated them into the lager to create Tortilla Chip Lager. They say they’ve used around 400lbs of fresh tortilla chips in creating the light but refreshing limited edition lager. The beer also has hints of lime zest for that extra zing.

Currently only releasing as a limited edition batch in a few California retail stores and also available for home delivery in California with a bonus bag of chips – we, in India, are suffering from some major FOMO.
