Jack Daniel’s Launches Tennessee Apple Whiskey!

Jack Daniel’s is one of the most popular globally-known whiskey brands in the world. The brand distillery ‘Jack Daniel Distillery’ is considered a historical place in the US, with its name mentioned in the official National Register of Historic Places. Since its establishment in 1866, the distillery has produced one of the most sought-after whiskies like the Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey and Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey.

To keep Mr. Jack’s vision moving forward, the distillery is always innovating the spirit and this time it is back with its third flavoured whiskey! The flavoured whiskey market is becoming as profitable as the flavoured vodka market in the US and to capitalize on it and give the enthusiasts a taste of a new creation, Jack Daniel’s launched its Tennessee Apple Whiskey in the country.

Charcoal-mellowed and aged in new American oak barrels, Tennessee Apple Whiskey is a smooth blend of Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey and apple liqueur made from the finest quality of McIntosh, Red Delicious, and Granny Smith apples. The whiskey is a distillery-made mirror image of a real JD peg filled with fresh apples.

It packs an aroma of green apple, caramel, oak and soft spice and a flavour profile of fresh apples, warm caramel and toffee. The rich and smooth finish offers subtle notes of toasted oak, making the whiskey best enjoyable when served chilled and neat or in cocktails.

Before the release of Tennessee Apple Whiskey, Jack Daniel’s launched the very successful Tennessee Honey in 2011 which was followed by the release of Tennessee Fire in 2014. Ever since the first release of JD’s flavoured-whiskey, the enthusiasts have been asking for more and Tennessee Apple is the distillery’s offering this time.

A 750 ml bottle of the whiskey is priced at US $26.99 and is bottled at 35% ABV.
