In the 90s, Tonino Lamborghini made its way into the food and beverage industry, packing a part of Italy in its premium product line. Apart from introducing coffee, hot chocolate and energy drinks, the renowned company brought a triple-distilled crystal-clear vodka into the international markets. The products established distribution channels in over 40 countries and now, Tonino Lamborghini has decided to launch the beverage line in India.
Ferruccio Lamborghini, the CEO and Vice President of the Tonino Lamborghini Company was in Mumbai on 9th November, 2019 to announce the launch. The founder of Heinrich, the company that is the official distributor of the Tonino Lamborghini beverages in India, Thomas Manoj was present along with VIP guests.
The vodka is bottled at 40% ABV. The production process uses the highest quality grains that are selected from the farms of Eastern Europe, which are passed through a process where all impurities are eliminated and the starch content of the fine grains is enhanced. This produces an absolutely clear spirit which is distilled thrice to give the smoothness it is known for. It is then filtered through ‘birch activated carbon filters’ and ‘quartz fine sand’ to eliminate the smallest of impurities and give it a clearer crystalline texture. To give you the finest of the vodkas available in the world, Tonino Lamborghini uses the pure waters of the Alpine springs of Franciacorta as well.
