Next time you feel a bit French after watching a French movie or upon returning from your Paris vacation, head straight to Slink & Bardot. Situated in Worli village, this French restaurant and lounge is the second establishment of Canadian restaurateur Nick Harrison and French chef Alexis Gielbaum.

Snug decor, a fine dining ambience, great music and events, and the best of drinks one can sip on are what make Slink & Bardot a place to be at! The place has a very cosy vibe, providing the very best for a date night you have been looking forward to, or even a proposal when the time is right.

But do not limit this stupendous restaurant to just being a couple’s awe-worthy oasis. Slink & Bardot continues to host one of the most elite parties in Mumbai, with celebrities grooving to disco, funk and house music.

And to appease your taste buds, chef Alexis Gielbaum has curated an opulent French menu at prudent prices. The most recommended dishes being Autumn Salad, Aubergine Steak and vegetarian Japanese Consommé.

But what about the drinks? Well, you have a menu that gets you tipsy just by browsing through it! The rest is taken care of when you get to see and sip on your winsome drink. Here are 4 of our recommendations!

1. So Fresh, So Green

A cocktail that reminds you of the green valleys of Spiti, is a perfect blend of tequila, vermouth, asparagus, lime, ginger and egg white. Now, you can proudly claim you drink your greens!

2. Boudoir Baby

It’s a drink you would want to buy a drink for! Made from vodka, plum syrup, lime, egg white, cherry and vanilla bitters, you can taste the virtuosity flowing down your throat.

3. Just Beet It

Great music, an artwork of a drink in your hand and French cuisine on your plate can turn your mind around and make you live the realities that seemed far-fetched an hour ago. This drink is a fine fusion of beetroot-infused Martini Rosso, gin, Campari, fresh plum syrup and Angostura bitters.

4. The French Club

If you want to end your outing at Slink & Bardot, what is a better way than by becoming a regular at The French Club? To make that happen, sip on this sublime delight of a drink that is made from vodka, plum syrup, Champagne syrup and cherry-vanilla bitters.

Now that you are all set in the French world, à bientôt.
