Would You Buy This Colour-Changing Gin?

Forest Fruits Colour Changing Gin has gained popularity in the spirit markets of the UK and Australia for its mesmerizing ability to change colours in front of the drinker’s eyes! This wonderful gin offering is a product of the Scotland-based gin label McQueen Gin, which is run by the husband-wife duo The McQueens.

The gin label was established in 2016 and ever since then the label has garnered fame for its multiple award winnings at various competitions. McQueen gins offer interesting flavour combinations to appeal to the more adventurous side of the gin enthusiasts, the most popular flavours being Smoky Chilli and Sweet Citrus Mocha in the market today.

Forest Fruits gin has caught the attention of its target consumer-base for its ability to change its colour from blue to pink in a glass. The colour of the gin changes with the addition of tonic water or lime juice to it. This magical attribute was worked on by Mr. McQueen who turned the idea into a reality in just 2.5 days. The gin requires a concentrated liquid variation of the Butterfly Pea Flower to obtain its colour-changing attribute.

The gin is distilled from forest fruits and botanicals like blackberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, coriander and juniper. The concentrated liquid variation of the flower is added to the gin after the distillation process is completed, after which the gin is bottled and made commercially available in the market. It is important to note that the gin boasts 100% natural colours and flavours!

Forest Fruits Colour Changing Gin has been able to taste success in the market for its affordable pricing and decent spirit quality. A 700 ml bottle of the gin retails for US $32.79 and is available for purchase at Aldi stores. Each bottle of the spirit is bottled at 37.5% ABV

I would definitely buy a bottle of the gin to experience the magic for myself. Would you buy it? Tell us in the comments below!
