I am someone who dances in joy when my office provides alcohol at the New Year’s party. I used to think they are the coolest until I went on the internet and realized that some offices actually have kickass in-house bars for liquor all year round! It shattered me to see the pictures, because they can give any upmarket bar a run for their money.
Trustly, Stockholm: Trustly could be doing some boring finance work at their head office, but they definitely know how to set the bar high (pun intended) when it comes to office bars. With high stools, wooden interiors and an impressive menu that offers beer on tap and more, their in-house bar is pretty droolworthy.
Edrington, Taipei: Being one of the leading Scottish spirit companies, it’d have been a shame if they didn’t have a cool office bar. With timber bar counters and modern lighting, this bar’s storage is a whisky lover’s dream
Vice, Toronto: This cool publishing house has a bunch of good writers and that’s probably because the organisation keeps them so happy. Their old saloon-themed bar serves coffee and tea in the morning, and bourbon and whiskey in the evening.
Wyborowa Pernod Ricard, Warsaw: How would you like to have a night club within your office space? Pernod Ricard, the French liquor company, has actually pulled that off. Their 2,000 square feet bar has the best lighting and could give any high-end bar a run for its money.
Pillpack, Boston: PillPack is so cool, they turned a 1920 New Jersey bar establishment into a lounge and it looks superb. An espresso bar by day and a DJ booth by night, we would kill to be here. We don’t know their menu yet, but judging by their classy interiors, we are almost sure that they serve some really amazing drinks.
Is there an opening?
