1. First up, you’ll need to make tequila chicken. Combine tequila, lime juice, garlic puree, sweet paprika, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, vegetable oil, fresh chilli, and fresh coriander in a large bowl. Mix it well before adding chicken in it and then refrigerate it in the fridge covered for at least two hours.

2. Next, grill it for about 5 minutes on each side. Preheat the oven to 180 C and put the chicken covered in foil for about 10 minutes. Once done, check that there are no pink marks left in the chicken.

  • 0.5 oz olive oil
  • 1.2 kg chicken 
  • 0.5 oz butter
  • Garlic cloves
  • Finely chopped onions 
  • 5 oz bacon
  • 17 oz dry white wine
  • 8.4 oz chicken broth
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 6.2 oz cream

How To Make Creamy Chicken in White Wine?:

1. Keep your oven on preheat at 180C.

2. Top the chicken with salt and pepper and heat it over a skillet until it is golden brown on both sides.

3. Add garlic and onion to the melted butter and cook for 3 minutes until it becomes soft and then add the bacon. 

4. Mix wine and get it to simmer for 2 minutes.

  • 8 oz unsalted butter
  • 3oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ tsp coarse salt
  • ½ Tbs vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ flour
  • 2.5 oz rum

For the caramel sauce:

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tbs water
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1 oz rum
  • Coarse sea salt

How To Make Boozy Brownies?:

1. Keep the oven at 176 C and butter in a 13×9 baking pan.

2. Place butter and chocolate in a saucepan, heat them low and keep stirring until they melt and become smooth. 

3. Remove it from the heat and stir in cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla. 

4. Stir in flour and then rum until completely mixed.

5. Using a rubber spatula, scrape the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. 

6. Place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Place on a cooling rack for 1-2 hours until completely cooled.

8. Mix sugar and water in a pan and boil them for 6-8 minutes to get your caramel sauce.

9. Get it out from the heat and stir for a while. Then pour the caramel sauce into a cup and let it cool.

10. Place it on the top of the stove to keep it slightly warm. 

11. While serving, drizzle it on the top of the brownies and also a bit of sea salt on the top.
