Located inside the Wuyue Plaza in Nanjing’s Jianye District in China, Nanjing World Craft Beer Museum is the world’s biggest beer museum. It is also known as NIUBEER World Craft Beer Museum. 

This museum is not your ordinary museum where you look at things and read to known about them. It is more of an immersive wonderland which is designed beautifully with an industrial aesthetic. This includes exposed pipes, neon lights, and shelves made to showcase beer from across the globe. It also has tall pillars with beer stacked up. 

It houses a museum-style exhibition area with massive craft beer bar. This amazing museum has over 2000 beer brands and 10,000 beer bottles from over 118 countries showcased on the shelves and pillars. The museum holds the title of the world’s biggest beer museum for its scale.

This beer museum has all the craft beers from across the globe. It has a craft beer bar as well where you can easily buy any beer after tasting it! From German to Japanese, you get to see every craft beer here, taste it and even buy it if you wish to. It also houses unique Chinese innovations like green tea-infused pale ale, Belgian abbey ales and more. 

The best part? The entry to this beautiful gigantic museum is absolutely free! Visitors describe this museum as “paradise for the soul” and even “a museum where you can get drunk”. 

The venue also functions as a “Livehouse” where you can witness live rock, jazz, and electronic music performances on weekends. It also hosts blind tasting challenges on Wednesdays so make sure you do not miss out on this fun experience.
