The Powder Room is a new 45-seater MediterrAsian dinner lounge and cocktail club that blends Asian and Mediterranean flavors with craft cocktails, art-led interiors, and Afro-jazz music.

2. Linking House

Linking House in Santacruz shifts seamlessly from co-working mornings to all-day dining and late-night drinks. It has zoned spaces and the outdoor Verdant Noir café, as well as three menus that change as the day goes on. Linking House is designed for work, meals, and lingering.

New Bars Mumbai

With an entrance located right next to Joker on Turner Road, House Of Akina brings contemporary Asian cooking to the table. Author’s Note

While each and every bar on the list has something special to offer, I personally think that Linking House has one of the most innovative concepts. The fact that the menu changes as the day progresses is genuinely fascinating to me, so if there is one place that I would really recommend visiting, it would be this.
