Qatar Airways Upgrades In-Flight Drinks Menu With A Lorenzo Antinori Collaboration

Qatar Airways has stood out for being one of the more premium airlines in the Middle East. To elevate the flyer experience up a notch, Qatar Airways has upgraded its in-flight drinks menu. The upgraded menu has been curated by award-winning mixologist and bar entrepreneur Lorenzo Antinori. Let’s take a look at what the new Qatar Airways in-flight drinks menu will look like.

New Qatar Airways In-Flight Drinks Menu By Lorenzo Antinori

Qatar Airways has launched a new signature menu of cocktails and mocktails. The new menu has been created by acclaimed Italian mixologist and bar entrepreneur, Lorenzo Antinori.

The new, upgraded in-flight drinks menu will be available for flyers on all Qatar Airways First & Business Class services.

Lorenzo Antinori is one of the most respected and recognizable faces in the global drinks industry. Having worked at iconic establishments such as The Savoy in London and Charles H. in Seoul, his own establishment, Bar Leone in Hong Kong has been named The World’s Best Bar in 2025. Today, Lorenzo Antinori is one of the pioneering names known for shaping Asia’s cocktail culture.

Signature Cocktail Collection

The new in-flight drinks menu at Qatar Airways comprises four cocktails available in both First and Business Class. These are as follows:

  • The Aviator (Hennessy X.X.O/James Hennessy Cognac, Champagne, orange juice)
  • G&Tea (Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Gin/Botanist Gin, tonic water, Tea of choice)
  • Golden Delilah (Belvedere 10 Vodka/Grey Goose Vodka, Champagne, apple juice)
  • Havana Punch (Bacardi Añejo Cuatro Rum, mango juice)

Each respective premium cabin will also feature an additional three cocktails exclusive to that respective cabin. 

In the First Class, these cocktails will be served:

  • Rising To The Sky (The Botanist Gin, Champagne, apple juice)
  • Tokyo 75 (Roku Japanese Craft Gin, Champagne, lemon juice)
  • Japanese Old Fashioned (Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky, Bitters)

Qatar Airways’ Business Class will serve the following cocktails:

  • Italian Highball (Martini Extra Dry, tonic water)
  • Old Smoke (Talisker 10 Whisky, Amarula)
  • The Carousel (James Hennessey Cognac, mango juice, ginger ale)

The 380 inflight lounge will offer all ten signature cocktails, with the cocktail selection being updated on a regular basis to ensure a diverse offering for all patrons.

A Curated Non-Alcoholic Drinks Menu

While the Qatar Airways in-flight drinks menu will offer a curated selection of alcoholic drinks, it will also cater to patrons who do not consume alcohol. Patrons seeking non-alcoholic options will be offered Lorenzo’s mocktail creations as mentioned below:

  • Sunrise Punch (a bright blend of mango and citrus topped with ginger ale)
  • Oriental Fizz (tropical mango and apple paired with sparkling refreshment)
  • White Blossom (crisp apple and tonic with a clean herbal finish)
  • Virgin Bloody Mary (a savory classic with depth and balance)
  • Pineapple Margarita (tangy pineapple and citrus with a lightly sparkling finish)

The Qatar Airways X Lorenzo Antinori collaboration will elevate the airline’s outstanding onboard culinary offerings. The cocktails have been curated to provide a unique experience thousands of feet above the ground, inviting guests on a journey of elegance, imagination, and craftsmanship.
