Have you ever wondered how beer brands available across the counter differ from one another, apart from just taste? Each of these brands have their own marketing campaigns where they clearly define their target audiences. Based on these campaigns, I did a quick, fun exercise to arrive at the kind of person you are, purely going by your choice of beer. *Runs away*
Kingfisher
Mainstream, massy, and always on the lookout to have fun – If you’re a Kingfisher fan, you probably carry subconscious intentions to re-invent yourself every now and then, but at the end of the day, you will continue doing what you’ve been doing for ages, as long as you keep managing to have a ‘good time’.
Budweiser:
Bold, ambitious, and a bag full of ego – If Budweiser is your beer, you’re the kind who lives life on your own terms, and don’t really care about what the world thinks about your choices. You essentially run your own discourse, and even if you fuck up every now and then, you will stick to what you believe in, and continue sailing on your boat of freedom.
Tuborg:
Highly emotional, with controlled aggression – If Tuborg is your go-to beer, you’re most likely the kind who respects and acknowledges every little moment that life presents to you. However, you are also strongly aware about your cultural and social surroundings, and how it evolves over time. In that sense, you are very well rooted within your social connections.
Corona:
Privileged, and dare I say it, spoilt – If Corona is your poison, you pretty much have everything you want in life, and yet, you don’t seem to be fully satisfied. You’re constantly seeking that something more, and it’s what keeps you going in life.
Carlsberg:
Confused and volatile by nature – If you’re a Carlsberg drinker, let’s just say that you have the best ‘bored’ meetings in the world. You’re still finding your true identity, which is why you are often seen trying out other beer brands every now and then. Carlsberg is still waiting for that day when you truly become loyal to the brand.
