Source: CNN TravellerComing back to their Tamras Indian Dry Gin,
Mosambi, aka sweet lime is the very heart of this gin and everything else is
intricately blended around it. Other botanicals apart from the signature
botanical in this gin are Indian mint, Nilgiri tea, angelica root, Moroccan
coriander seeds, green and black cardamom, lemon verbena, Indonesian cubeb
peppers, Egyptian grapefruit, lotus seeds as well as lotus flowers. From what
you can infer, this gin is notably floral and definitely refreshing in flavour
and nose. But what gives this uniquely distilled gin its smooth texture? The slow dilution process lends this spirit a beautifully silky mouthfeel with the botanicals standing out in each sip. It’s this slow dilution process that allows the gin to hold on its own when fused with tonic making it a perfect base for martinis and negronis!
