Imagine vodka plus Sprite with pineapple flavors, how would that taste? Well, wait, you do not have to go and try mixing them to know, Coca-Cola has the answer. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has launched the brand’s second fruity innovation in the alcoholic ready-to-drink (ARTD) series. This time, they have blended the flavors of Absolut Vodka and Sprite with a fruity burst of pineapple. This new fruity flavor innovation has been rolled out nationwide, and here’s all that you must know about it!
Absolut Vodka, in collaboration with Sprite, has successfully launched a watermelon variant of their ready-to-drink (ARTD) line and is now introducing a new pineapple version. This latest addition combines the signature crisp taste of Sprite with the smooth finish of Absolut vodka, accented by tropical pineapple flavors.
Building on the success of the Absolut Vodka & Sprite Watermelon drink, the brand has chosen to expand its offerings with the pineapple variant. The watermelon flavor, which debuted in April 2025, has proven to be a hit and is now valued at £750,000 according to Nielsen data. Its continued popularity with customers indicates strong sales potential for this fruity innovation.

The new pineapple variant is a new, refreshing option from the Absolute & Sprite range. It is perfect for spontaneous and relaxed occasions or parties with friends. This drink can be consumed anywhere from social gatherings to picnics or even simply while unwinding. The innovation offers a bar-quality serve but in a convenient, ready-to-drink can packaging.
The vibrant orange and green gradient design of Absolute Vodka & Sprite Pineapple makes the bottle stand out on the shelf. It looks perfect besides the original and watermelon variants. The design is eye-catching without compromising on its premium status, and also makes it easier for consumers to find it.
Its rollout includes vibrant in-store activations like cooler frame stickers, shelf strips, and secondary display units. The new variant is available at a recommended retail price of £2.29 for a 250 ml can. It is primarily available in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands.
The associate director for alcohol RTD at CCEP GB (Coca-Cola Europacific Partners), Elaine Maher, calls innovation the center of the story of the growth and success of this ARTD. She mentioned that their focus is to bring something new without compromising on the brand collaboration and premiumisation.
She said that flavor is the biggest driver of the choice of shoppers when it comes to ARTDs. Hence, flavor-led innovation is their top priority. The packaging has also been designed to keep various things in mind, including an extension of the core range.
The success of Absolut Vodka & Sprite Watermelon drink has clearly led to the Pineapple launch, and it looks absolutely stunning. This comes right in time with the ARTD (Alcohol ready-to-drink) category booming in the market.
