How I Met Your Mother is hands down one of the best TV shows ever created. It was nothing less than legend-wait-for-it-ary. We fell in love with the quirkiness and humility of the entire group and followed their lives till the very end of the series. It also featured some of the funniest drunk scenes.
Ted Mosby’s beatboxing skills: He’s done enough dumb shit throughout the show by choosing the wrong people to fall in love with. He eventually did find the love of his life, but his stupid beatboxing (which he thought he aced, when drunk) didn’t really help.
The ‘woo girls’: As someone who has been stepped on by heels of over-enthusiastic girls across bars and pubs, I spiritually felt connected to this episode. This show gave us this wonderful phenomenon called ‘woo girls’. And of course, Robin’s ‘woo girl’ alter ego gave us all a good laugh.
The drunk fight between Barney and Ted: They are both trying to woo Robin and she’s with a third guy. Oh, they are also both piss drunk which makes it a lot of fun. Drunk Barney is truly the best thing ever.
Floating Robin and Lilly: This episode closely analysed which alcohol has what effects on members of the group. And looks like the queen of scotch Robin Schebarzky drops her inhibitions when hit with some Absinthe.
Drunk Marshall: We all know that one person whose self-appreciation shoots up by 300% after drinking and the otherwise macho Marshall gets really obsessed with himself when drunk. It’s creepy and funny all at once
