Yo Yo Honey Singh, the rapper and musician whose songs have, and still do, rock weddings and parties across the country, has officially entered the spirits industry. Undoubtedly to the dismay of many, the spirit he’s launching is not vodka (à la his famous song), but tequila. The name of his signature luxury spirits brand is Casa Tupka Tequila, a name that reflects a blend of modern international luxury and authentic Mexican tequila craftsmanship. The spirit is positioned as an ultra-luxury, lifestyle statement for nightlife, celebrations, and high-end entertainment venues.
This particular spirits lineup is debuting with 100 percent Blue Weber Agave expressions crafted in Jalisco, Mexico. The expressions also adhere to Mexican Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT) standards. It is planning to target both traditional spirits connoisseurs and lifestyle consumers across India and international markets.
There will be two major expressions of this tequila, Blanco and Reposado. Blanco, or silver, will have a crisp, cooked agave sweetness with peppery undertones, bright citrus notes, and a smooth, unaged finish ideal for luxury sipping or high-end Palomas.

Reposado, or aged expression, on the other hand, will be aged in oak barrels. This will help the spirit in delivering rich notes of vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and warm agave spice. The production process of these spirits will utilize traditional brick oven cooking and copper pot distillation in order to ensure character and depth without harsh ethanol burn.

The exact launch dates of the spirit have not been revealed yet. The spirit was initially slated to launch during the summer of 2026. However, that hasn’t happened yet. As of now, the rapper has launched a song for the marketing of the spirit. It is rumored to have a phased launch across India.

After bringing sick beats to the country, Yo Yo Honey Singh is also endeavoring to bring a premium tequila that is Indian in its packaging but authentically Mexican in its agave heritage. The high-octane pop culture marketing around the spirit is also an attempt to disrupt India’s premium spirits landscape. The brand has also already set the foundation for potential line extensions in craft agave spirits and ultra-premium limited-edition releases.
