If you thought the renowned Beaufort Bar at London’s famous The Savoy hotel couldn’t get any more bewitching, think again! Usually known for their impeccable service, fine wining and dining and trend-setting cocktails, the establishment has quite a few other tricks up their sleeve this October.
Beaufort Bar has unveiled its new menu Interpreted Magic on the 16th of this month, a three-sectioned magic-inspired menu that divides its range of exclusive cocktails and delicious food into three parts of a magic trick – The Pledge, The Turn and The Prestige.
The Pledge lures you in with wine, vodka, rum and champagne cocktails – rum-based ‘Perfect Balance’, ‘Twice Shy’ and ‘Otherside’, vodka-based ‘Your Choice’, ‘The Allure’ and ‘Merlin’s Madness’, and ‘Look into my Eyes’ that uses a wondrous mix of rum, vodka and champagne!
The food menu offers delectable seafood like Smoked Salmon & 15g Baeri Caviar and Tiger Prawn Ceviche. How posh, no?
The Turn continues the magic with Non-Toxic Tonics, Tequila, Mezcal Gin, Port & Sherry and Eau De Vie. The menu features gin-based ‘Hyperlink’, ‘Age of Curiosity’ and ‘Bright Spark’ and tequila-based ‘Frozen Petal’ and ‘The Mentalist’ cocktails along with straight drinks.
The menu proposes appetising dishes such as Pork Belly and Aberdeen Angus Rib Croquettes that are sure to leave you wanting more.
The Prestige ends the magical affair with Whisky, Cognac, Armagnac Grappa and Calvados. The menu offers whisky-based ‘Tennessee Voodoo’, ‘Sea and Land’ and ‘Soothsayer’, and bourbon-based ‘Enshrined’ and ‘Girl Power’ with a huge selection of straight drinks.
The fancy food menu has dishes like Truffle Pizza and Lobster Tempura to offer to their guests.
