Mumbai's neighborhood cocktail bar is set to deepen its village-inspired philosophy with a more technique-driven menu. Looking inward into the place where it is, that is, Bandra, it is back with Cocktail Menu 2.0. We’re talking about a new menu focusing on flavor and technique with a hint of nostalgia. The new menu will present cocktails named after some of the villages in Bandra like Ranwar, Chimbai, Chuim, Pali, Sherly, and Kantwadi.

Think of cocktails like the ‘Chimbai’ with shrimp liquor, vodka, a house-made Mizkan vinegar shrub, yuzu purée, gari brine and a whisper of wasabi. Or a cocktail like ‘Sherly’ where earthy kodu millet-infused whisky meets a rice vinegar shrub, topped with a silky apple popcorn foam. The cocktail menu is equal parts indulgent, nostalgic, and rooted in craftsmanship. Definitely one of the most innovative monsoon menus in Mumbai!
