The founders Sanchit Agarwal, Nidhi Kedia, and Akhilesh Rajan noticed that the Indian dry gin market heavily focuses on complex botanicals, but they chose to make the process more fun and approachable. They claim that the botanicals used in Nisaki – the color-changing gin are much more accustomed to the Indian palate.
It is distilled with 16 organic botanicals, including Macedonian juniper berries, an earl grey-style tea blend, and citrus peels, rose, and lavender, among others.
