How to Make It:

  1. Mix it up – Pour your cream (or milk) into the smaller Ziploc bag. Add sugar, coffee, and most importantly—rum. Mix it like you’re concocting a potion of happiness.
  2. Salt & Ice, Baby – In the larger Ziploc bag, start layering ice and salt like it’s the most important lasagna of your life.
  3. Shake It Like You Mean It – Place the smaller bag inside the larger one, seal it tight, and now the real workout begins! Shake the bag continuously for about 15 minutes. Yes, it will feel like an eternity. Yes, it will be worth it.
  4. Chill & Serve – Once the ice cream starts to firm up, transfer it to the fridge for a couple of hours. Then, bam! Dig in and enjoy your edible cocktail.
