Molecular cocktail fever has been raging for a while now and Mumbai bars keep coming up with crazy drinks. Liquid nitrogen aka a mixologist’s best friend adds so much glam to these modern cocktails that they become instantly Instagram-able and gives you those pseudo elite feels.
Smoking Cosmopolitan at Joss: Â Cosmos make you feel really fancy and cool by default. Joss has taken it up a notch by adding a molecular twist to it and also presenting it in a pipe inspired glass. This Cosmo is smoking! (Quite literally)
Cinderella at Chemistry 101: As a fairytale, I don’t have too much love for Cinderella. But this particular Cinderella, I really appreciate. A mix  of vodka, Triple Sec, cranberry juice and lime juice with smoke clouds emerging from it, this cocktail should be on everyone’s wish list.
The Metropolitan at Asilo: This bar is exotic as hell and so are their drinks. A beautiful amalgamation of Bacardi, Cointreau, cranberry juice and pomegranate, The Metropolitan is what sophistication in a glass looks like. The waves of smoke just makes it all the more appealing.
Painkiller at Asado: This cocktail is truly lit. The bartender first makes orange smoke, then lightz up Absinthe with fire, and adds a rum and orange mix from a sniffer glass. The fragrance hits you way before the drink and it’s awesome.
The Flaming Smores at Irish House: With Sambuca at the bottom, the bartender puts a flaming marshmallow into the margarita glass. Toasty, sweet and dramatic, this one is a must try across all Irish Houses.
