For this edition, Bar Talks is making its way to the Pink City of India – Jaipur. We’re sharing with you the recipe of Catsup, a signature cocktail made at The Swinton House by Ankur Kashyap.

Ankur Kashyap is the Beverage Director at The Swinton House, Jaipur. He has over 13 years of experience in the beverage industry and has worked with some of the best bars in India.

Now leading the beverage program at Jaipur’s The Swinton House, he has participated in prestigious cocktail competitions such as Bacardi Legacy and UBC. When asked about his personal favorite drinks, he vouches for a classic Manhattan, followed by a chilled lager post shift.
