Mumbai has a new rooftop bar, Goma Sky Bar in Ballard Estate with a view of the historic Mumbai waterfront. It's an open air bar with a view of the Mumbai Port, Ballard Pier and the city beyond. It's a good spot to catch the sunset or to have a cocktail after work.
Goma offers signature cocktails, Asian inspired small plates and stunning waterfront views. The hotel also has Goma Restaurant which is a full on Pan-Asian dining experience with sushi, dim sum, curries and grilled items to name a few.

Goma Sky Bar is at The Ballard in Ballard Estate, South Mumbai. It's on the rooftop which has views over the Mumbai Port and the historic waterfront with views of Ballard Pier and the architecture all around.
What's interesting about the Goma Sky Bar is the location. Most rooftop bars in Mumbai have a view of the street or the residential areas, this one has a view of the port. The open space is quite nice at sunset when the port and the buildings around it start to light up.
Goma Sky Bar is an open air rooftop lounge with a great selection of cocktails and Asian inspired small plates. It's the kind of place you go for a relaxed evening out with friends after work, to plan a date or just to have a drink in a laid back atmosphere.
The Goma Sky Bar menu has a range of cocktails on offer and there are a few that we thought were particularly good. We went to the Beyond Colada, the Mizu Midori and the Goma Kaori and all three were very good. They're a good match with the waterfront location on the roof, particularly if you're there at sunset. The bar is open daily from 4 PM to 1 AM so it's good for either a sundowner in the evening or if you want to stay out later.

If you're planning to stay for a full meal then Goma Restaurant is another option at The Ballard Mumbai. It's a Pan-Asian restaurant with a menu of Japanese, Thai and Chinese dishes put together by MasterChef Sadik Khan. The menu features hand made sushi, delicate dim sum, smoky grills, curries and all sorts of other Asian fare.
The restaurant is all about fresh ingredients, seasonal produce and cooking that lets the flavors of the ingredients really come through. There are a number of vegetarian, vegan and Jain options as well as a seafood menu. The restaurant has views of the GPO, Ballard Pier and the waterfront so your food experience is about to be even more special!
We really liked the Chicken Gyoza, the Hutong Chicken, the Chicken Taro Crown and the Tteokbokki. Those would be the dishes we'd go for if we were going to Goma Restaurant for the first time. Goma is open for lunch 12-3 PM and for dinner 7-11 PM.
