In a move that challenges the traditional boundaries of the gin category, Hendrick’s has unveiled its first new permanent expression in nine years: Another Hendrick’s.
Departing from the brand's signature dark, medicinal-style bottles, this new release is housed in a striking all-white glass bottle, signaling a "dual" personality to the original cucumber-and-rose classic. Launched globally in late February 2026, the spirit introduces a bold, gourmet profile defined by orange blossom and cacao beans.
Developed at the Hendrick’s Gin Palace in Girvan, Scotland, Another Hendrick’s is the brainchild of Master Distiller Lesley Gracie. While the brand is well-known for its "Cabinet of Curiosities" – a series of limited-edition experimental gins – this release marks a rare permanent expansion of the core portfolio.
Gracie’s inspiration for the liquid was born from a creative "conundrum": how to successfully integrate the deep, earthy richness of cacao into the bright, botanical world of gin. The result is a spirit that maintains the brand’s iconic rose and cucumber foundation but layers it with:
"Another Hendrick’s is the complete opposite of what we’ve been doing for the past 25 years," said Lesley Gracie. "The combination of orange blossom and cacao is really rather unusual, offering a depth of flavor and a lift of freshness that is completely distinctive."
Another Hendrick’s is designed to be a "polar opposite" to the original, yet undeniably part of the same family.

The addition of sparkling rosé and cherry liqueur (optional) complements the rose-tinted hues of the gin’s botanical profile, while the soda water allows the subtle cacao notes to "breathe."
This release comes at a pivotal moment for the spirits industry. By moving away from its famous dark-brown apothecary bottle for the first time, Hendrick’s is visually signaling a new era. Global Brand Managing Director Nora Torpey noted that the release is "far more than a line extension," aiming to position the brand at the forefront of the "next era of premium spirits growth."
By focusing on "duality" – the light of the orange blossom versus the dark of the cacao – Hendrick’s is inviting consumers to explore a more indulgent, gourmand side of gin that still feels sophisticated rather than sugary.
