ProWine Mumbai 2025 brought together 213 exhibitors across 21 countries. It brought a stunning display of country pavilions from countries such as Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Moldova, Switzerland, and others. A generous mix of distributors, importers, hoteliers, sommeliers, and media – about 5,485 of them – visited the event for networking and exploring the diverse Indian and global alcobev industry.

The ProWine Bartenders' Competition was one of the most anticipated events of this year's trade fair, and it did not disappoint. With an equal representation of male and female finalists, the prestigious title of ProWine Bartender of the Year 2025 was awarded to Deepika Shukla from Japonico in Gurgaon. As the winner, Deepika will have the unique opportunity to take over a bar at The Haflington in Hanoi, which is considered one of Asia's top bars. In addition, she received a cash prize and a seat in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust's training course!
With no registration fee for participating brands, the Challenge ensured equal opportunity for all, encouraging healthy competition and fair representation.
