The food is unmistakably dhaba style, offering great tasting comfort food at reasonable prices. And the best part is that they serve alcohol – with a huge menu! While the alcohol is not cheap compared to Mumbai or Pune, Sunny Da Dhaba is a great place to relax and unwind as you explore Lonavala.

If Sunny Da Dhaba is not your vibe, you can head to Diamond Resto & Bar in Lonavala. It was started in 1978 and is one of the oldest and most recognizable hangout spots in Lonavala.
Today, it is run by a 3rd generation Parsi family and remains a beloved spot among locals and tourists alike. The menu rolls out daily specials, with a generous focus on Parsi as well as North Indian food. The drinks too are quite refreshing and priced reasonably.
We visited Diamond Resto & Bar during our Lonavala bar crawl and found it to be quite safe for women – earning it a brownie point! Along with being safe for women, Diamond Resto & Bar is also a fun hangout spot for those who prefer a laidback, relaxing atmosphere.

If you’re a Gen Z crowd on a Lonavala bar crawl, you must visit Lola Cafe & Bar. Located right next to Diamond Resto & Bar mentioned above, this cafe & bar looks like it’s straight out a Pinterest board! The aesthetics are on point, the service is prompt, and the ambiance is definitely suited for a younger crowd.
While they serve delicious breakfast and coffee in the day, it is the cocktails served in the evening that make Lola Cafe & Bar a worthy mention on our Lonavala bar crawl guide. They have regular offers on beer and other liquor, as well as occasional events to celebrate special days like Father’s Day and even IPL screenings.

Leni Bar is a Mediterranean-inspired lounge and cocktail space located on the ground floor of Mirari. The sophisticated bar has a limited but comforting food menu, but the cocktail menu takes the spotlight. The cocktail menu has a strong Mediterranean influence with drinks like Chikki Whisky and Fudge Cocktail.
