The India Bartender Show mainly comprises two events. One of the two events is the India Bar Summit, which will be held on February 25 and 26, while the other is a preceding event. Right before the main summit, a Beverage Week will be organized, which will be held from February 19 to 24, 2026.
Beverage Week: The week-long event will showcase creativity through drinks made with local Indian ingredients. This will take place in over 80+ bars in NCR. Alongside will be various consumer-focused experiences like whisky dinners, cocktail workshops, wine tastings, bar crawls, and more.
India Bar Summit: The India Bartender Show's Bar Summit will be held at Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. It will host and gather all the industry leaders, bartenders, and hoteliers. There will be panel discussions, masterclasses, bar takeovers, and product showcases. Talking about the new highlights, the event will also include a "Future Room" for trends, themed areas, and "Baithek" Hindi zone.
Themed Zones: This year introduces three themed zones: Agave Village, Indian Craft Spirits and Beer, and Wine & Non-Alcoholic Zones. This is to expand trade and consumer access.

The Handshake Grant: They also held the Handshake Grant for 2026. It is like a contest that empowers over 100 bartenders in 2025 by funding their travel and stay for the India Bar Summit. This grant focuses on inclusivity and mentorship, expanding its support to younger talent. The winners for the same are already out on their Instagram page.
